Thanks to ASF infra’s help. As of now we have migrated the tvm repo to Apache: https://github.com/apache/incubator-tvm/issues/4212
Likely you do not needs to do anything for this migration(the old repo link will still work and github will redirect to the new one). We have re-enabled the jenkins CI and it works correctly. If you have an out-standing PR, you might need to retrigger the CI by a push.
We are still working with ASF to get the azure pipeline setup correctly so that we can get back the windows coverage.
