Why mali gpu is slower than arm cpu？

i run the same model on arm cpu and mali gpu。why mali gpu is amost three times slower than arm cpu？can someone tell me why？

Good performance with mobile GPUs requires autotuning as in this example.

That’s the idea. Keep in mind mobile gpus are designed more for graphics and less for compute than your typical desktop nvidia gpu. Your speedups versus cpu probably won’t be as significant as on desktop.
